New Year's Resolutions 2014

I failed at every single one of my 2013 resolutions. Strength training and homemade mole were fails. I quickly realized races were too expensive. We never hosted more than 2 other people for a full dinner (4 total). And we only made it to two new neighborhoods.

This year, I'm going to set more attainable goals.

Drink More Water
Because Diet Pepsi is not the same thing, unfortunately.

Cook More
We eat out way too often. For our budget and waistlines, cooking more is necessary. We're planning on reprising our vegan month this year, and I'd like to try lots of new recipes. Maybe I'll even get around to cooking mole for 8 people this year!

Break 30 Minutes in the 5K
I'm so freaking close, and I know I can do this.

What are your resolutions? How'd you do on your 2013 resolutions?

  1. I had to look back at some of my archives to even remember what my resolutions were for 2013! That didn't bode well, but luckily the only one I really had any intention of doing was reading through the Bible last year. 100% resolution success rate yessss. LOL.
